Hiidenkierros - Guided viking tour

This theme activity takes you 1000 years back straight to the Iron Age. We will dress up according to the theme and guide you and your group to the Hiidenmäki Iron Age burial ground. There we will offer an enlightening presentation of the Iron Age findings and take part in viking theme games. This viking tour takes place at the fascinating Hiidenmäki conservation area right next to Villa Hiidenmäki.

This activity is for groups from 10 to 18 participants. The tour takes approximately 1.5 hours.

GPS-Geocaching

Villa Hiidenmäki offers a great new way to develop team spirit and teamwork skills. Geocaching is a modern outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices and your thinking skills. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache hidden at that location.

Now you have a great chance to familiarise yourself with geocaching, which combines problem solving skills, outdoor activities and adventures. Our geocaching routes offer activity in a beautiful environment all year round. We are renting modern GPS devices and we offer two interesting geocaching routes.

To find all the caches, your team must co-operate and solve cryptic problems. All you need to do is to dress according to the weather and bring good company, as well as a cheerful and curious attitude!

Enjoy the Viking boat bath barrel and atmosphere of the evening dusk lead by flaming torches. The Viking boat bath barrel can be ordered preheated.
