Terms of reservation in short:

  • The villas are accessible on the day of arrival at 4pm. The keys are to be returned by 12pm on the day of departure.
  • The reservation will become valid after paying the reservation fee (25% of the total amount). The rest of the fee (75%) are to be paid the latest 28 days before arrival.
  • If the reservation is made later than 28 days before arrival, the whole rental fee will be paid in one go.
  • If the reservation is cancelled the latest 28 days before arrival, the rental fee which was already paid will be returned, but without the handling fee.
  • No pets are allowed. No smoking indoors is allowed.
